How to arrange a party?
First we have to choose a theme. （主题）
Second we need to make preparations like hiring a DJ, decorating the room, drawing up a guest list and sending out invitation.
After these we pay a deposit (付定金) and organise the food.
Last but not the least we have to ask our neighbor for permission for it is too disturbing to have a party.
