Bobo’s New Show

Bobo is a clown that works at a circus on the weekends. He usually has topack wigs, ties, hats, and extra clothes. Bobo would like to add a new act to his show so that he can improve his act as a performer. He plans to audition for the Clown Competition held every summer, the winner gets his own TV show for a year!

Bobo worried because he decided to talk to his boss about an idea he had. On Thursday, Bobo sat with his boss Ken. They spoke about the new plan, and Ken told Bobo, "I believe in you. You are a great clown, and I know that you can add more to your act and people will love it. Let's make a plan. We can meet next week."

Bobo was pleased after he spoke to Ken and it was then when Bobo realized that he did not have to worry anymore. On Friday, Bobo sat down and began to make a design for his new act; he had to make it happen, and so he worked for three days without stopping.

When Bobo and Ken sat for a meeting, Bobo played a game with Ken. Bobo told Ken, "Guess what act and design I have made?"

Ken said, "I know, you will dance on a ball without falling."

"No, guess again, Ken," said Bobo with a smile.

Ken sat there scratching his head. "I give up Bobo. Please tell me."

"As you wish, Ken" replied Bobo. " I have decided to have a magic show with a rabbit that comes out of a hat. Here is my set design. Have a look and tell me if you agree."

Ken sat there reading. "Bobo, this is a great offer. I agree! You can start to build the set. You are a great clown."
